Basic Website – This is a great choice for businesses needing help getting started online and have no time to waste. You’ll be able to choose a theme from our gallery and use exactly that. A new logo will be created for your company and a slider graphic will be provided to reflect your business services/product. Included in this service is also the creation of up to 7 pages; I.E. Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery, etc. Content must be provided in a text document, PDF or via our project management system directly. We can add up to 2 submission forms, including a contact form and even include a map on your contact page. This does not come with any mockups or drafts. If you need more work done to your website, please consider our Advanced Website service or the customization services. After that, any additional work will be recorded in our “whatever hours.” You will have 2 WH.
Add Branding & Graphics – This is an optional, add-on service to customize the Basic Website. Our designers can create a completely new logo for your business and help you brand your website so it’s unique and memorable. Included are 3 new sales banners, 3 slider background images, custom icons (as necessary) and other graphic elements we feel necessary to complete the website makeover. Other than logo design, all graphics and pages have a maximum of 3 drafts. After that, any additional work will be recorded in our “whatever hours.” You will have 2 WH.
Add Layout & Customization – This is an optional, add-on service to customize the Basic Website. Our designers can start working on changing the website layout, modifying the website theme codes to accomplish what is necessary. We can update the contact page to have maps, create contact forms, opt-in forms and other page elements. After that, any additional work will be recorded in our “whatever hours.” You will have 2 WH.
Advanced Website – This is actually the most popular choice among all of our clients, because it already combines the 3 services above. It allows us to make all the necessary design and layout changes for your WordPress site from the start. It includes creating a custom logo and favicon, 3 sales banners, 3 slider background images, custom icons (as necessary) and other graphic elements we feel necessary to complete the website makeover. This includes modification of up to 10 pages and insertion of client-provided content for 10 additional pages. We can add opt-in forms, contact forms and maps. Other than logo design, all graphics and pages have a maximum of 3 drafts. After that, any additional work will be recorded in our “whatever hours.” You will have 5 WH.
Full Custom to Theme – This is one of the more difficult project types, because it will be an “Advanced Website” as described above but done completely from scratch. It takes your website design from Photoshop to manually splicing the graphics into an HTML5 and CSS file. Then we create a custom theme with all the necessary functions and widgets to manage the website design and internal structures and layout. It allows us to make all the necessary design and layout changes for your WordPress site from the start. It includes creating a custom logo and favicon, 3 sales banners, 3 slider background images, custom icons (as necessary) and other graphic elements we feel necessary to complete the website makeover. This includes modification of up to 10 pages and insertion of client-provided content for 10 additional pages. We can add opt-in forms, contact forms and maps. Other than logo design, all graphics and pages “whatever hours.” You will have 15 WH.
Hands-Free Website SILVER – This service includes Free Domain Registration, WordPress & Plugin Updates, $0 Setup Fee, Free Hosting, 8GB Space, Max of 50 GB Bandwidth, Max of 25 Email Accounts, Weekly Backup / Restore, Free Security Setup, Free Basic SSL, Google Analytics Setup, Google Webmaster Tools Sync, Google My Business Monitoring, Social Reputation Monitoring and goes with 12-Month term. Please take note that $399 Cancellation Fee applies. After contract ends,there is a 25% monthly discount.

Whatever Hours (WH)
These are hours logged by our staff to do anything and everything you want for free. This normally takes place after the proposed services are already complete and you require a custom function or service to be performed. Our staff will then log time until your WH are used up. If the request requires more time, you will have the option to pay for additional work. Not all services will include WH.
