What Clients Say

Such a great experience working with these guys. We have had difficulties finding companies we can communicate well with in the past and the Phaseable team exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended.

Great experience using Phaseable, Inc. for my website. Easy to work with for building a website. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Love using them for my hosting as well.

Paul was great to work with. We had a tight deadline and Paul was very responsive well beyond 9-5. I wouldn't look anywhere else for Shopify/website help.

How It Works

One Phase at a Time. No Surprises.

You always know where the project is, what it costs, and what happens next. That is the whole idea behind the name.

01

Listen

A short call, or a visit to your office, to see the actual workflow. We ask what is costing you time and what a good outcome looks like.

02

Scope

A written plan with a fixed number, before you commit to anything. For software, a paid discovery phase produces it. For websites, a proposal does.

03

Build

You see working pages or working software early, not at the end. Changes are cheap while things are still moving, so that is when we ask.

04

Keep It Running

Launch is not the end. A care plan or a support arrangement keeps the site or the software patched, backed up and matching the business.

Who You Are Working With

Built by an Engineer. Not a Sales Team.

I'm Paul Evans, and Phaseable is my studio. I have been building software for more than thirty years, and there are systems I shipped fifteen years ago that are still running. I built OpsFlow from scratch and took it to production in four school districts. When you call, you get me.

A small studio is a fair worry for a software buyer, so here is how I handle it: everything is built in mainstream tools any competent developer can pick up, the code and the accounts are yours from day one, and the documentation is written so a handover would take an afternoon, not a month. You are never locked in to me.
