I'm Paul Evans — founder of Phaseable. I've been building software for 20+ years. I have production systems still running today that I shipped 15 years ago. I built OpsFlow — a full enterprise SaaS for K-12 school districts — from scratch and took it to production in four districts.
I started Phaseable as a side project building websites and marketing services. Then OpsFlow changed everything. It proved something I already believed: the best opportunities are in niche industries that the big software companies have ignored, and the best way to win them is to actually understand the problem.
