OpsFlow — Enterprise Facility Management, Built From Scratch

A production SaaS platform for K-12 and higher-ed school districts — work orders, inventory, approvals, real-time comms, mobile apps, and Stripe billing. Live in 4 districts.

Overview

What Is OpsFlow?

OpsFlow is a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform built to modernize facility operations for K-12 and higher-education school districts. It replaces paper-based maintenance workflows with a unified digital system — accessible from any browser or mobile device.

Currently live at app.opsflow.com with four paying customers and expanding.

The Challenge

Paper Workflows, Zero Visibility

School districts were managing facilities maintenance on paper forms, spreadsheets, and email threads. Work orders got lost. Inventory was guesswork. There was no real-time visibility, no approval tracking, and no data for budget planning.

Existing enterprise solutions were too expensive, too complex, and not built for education. Districts needed something purpose-built and affordable.

The Solution

Full-Stack SaaS, Web + Mobile

We built OpsFlow end-to-end: a Blazor WebAssembly frontend with 131 pages, an ASP.NET Core 10 API with 50+ controllers, and a .NET MAUI mobile app for iOS and Android with offline-first support and QR scanning.

Real-time SignalR notifications keep teams in sync. Multi-step approval workflows enforce accountability. Stripe handles billing. MFA (WebAuthn, TOTP, SMS) secures every account.
